Ein nicht gelungenes bild, und ein noch weniger gelungenes foto. DIE FISCHE!
Ich habe keine ahnung wie man "künstlerisch wertvoll" malt, aber noch weniger wie man richtig
fotografiert. "Nur der Schamlose ist authentisch."( T.Bernhard ) Belassen wir's dabei.

I don't know how to paint the "artsy" way, my thing is B/W and I consider colours a weakness
in art, but I even know somewhat below level zero of how to take decent fotos. This is a failed painting,
the drowning punks maybe just o.k., but the fish! Far too insipid, formally, just ornamental.
Sorry, I'll try to do better.

Mala pintura, foto malísima. En teoría, esto bastaría para proclamar un dogma artístico, pero me
abstengo. En el futuro, habrá menos color, pero más fuerte, y pescado agresivo - si hará falta -
de más interesantes formas.

Zurück zur normalität, d.h. meine geschmacklosen bilder. Von  "Retrospain" werden noch einige
nachzügler kommen, aber der rest wird sein wie immer.

Back to routine. There may come some more of "Retrospain", but the daily annoyance will be
my own inventions and some photos of old Vienna.

"Retrospain" comentado en castellano me ha dado un gustazo tan enorme de balbuciar
 la lengua de Cervantes que sigo con elllo. A partir de hoy, el blog va a ser trilingue.
Habrá algunas entradas más de cosas peninsulares, pero el resto se desarollará con
normalidad, es decir, con cuadros y dibujos de pésimo gusto ( los míos )  aderezados
con fotos retro de una Viena que ya no existe.

Another photographic failure by your blogger. I put this painting at a show, just to
refill empty space, and it was the first one sold. Naturally, I even hadn't sought of taking
a photo of this one- the buyer, a very kind citizen of the u.s.a, was sensitive enough to take
a cell phone rendition and send it to me. God bless America!
I'm into serene chaos, not into hi-brow photography. I don't even own a decent digital
camera.
The mythical model of this one was, obviously, Jimmy Durante.

Ihr blogger ersucht um nachsicht wegen der schlechten bildqualität. Das bild wurde verkauft, ohne
dass ich ein dezentes foto gemacht hatte; was sie sehen, ist eine handyaufnahme in letzter minute.

A crappy foto, indeed. I sold this one without having taken any decent foto. What you see here is
the last-minute cell-phone snapshot before loading the canvas in a car.
